    How won­der­ful, Work, my first com­ment! There are some real­ly fun­ny bits in the index, as befits this enor­mous project worked on by two peo­ple who don’t cook! So “bolog­nese” will move from “sauces” to “pas­ta”, and “crab­cakes” from “desserts” to “shell­fish”… ! Julian and his staff have worked over­time and I think their eyes must have glazed over with eight dif­fer­ent ver­sions of Lil­lian Hell­man chick­en. But I LOVE my index!

    Wow — it’s just grand! Con­grat­u­la­tions and I’ll be watch­ing this space — will ring over the week­end … just now recov­er­ing from immense jet lag — I love the cur­rent pota­to sal­ad recipe — will try that next week when friends come to dinner!
